At PARVE, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products and a smooth shopping experience for every customer. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Product images
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Refunds
After the returned product is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Gift cards
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
